Our box office is open 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
We are closed on Bank Holidays.
If you call outside of these times please leave a message on our answerphone and we will get back to you. Remember to leave your name and telephone number though!
Online
You can book online up to 30 minutes prior to a performance - no booking fee!
Patrons are responsible for entering their details correctly on the online booking form. If there are any changes to your details then it is your responsibility to inform us.
Payment
We accept Maestro, Visa, Delta and Mastercard. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express.
Tickets
Concessions and Children
60 years+ / Students (with a valid NUS card) and those with additional access needs.
Carers and children under 12 months are free of charge, although please mention when booking if you need a carer's ticket.
For concessionary tickets a valid proof of eligibility will be requested when collecting tickets.
Maintenance Levy
The Theatre Maintenance Levy is a ring fenced amount to help maintain and upgrade the backstage and Front Of House facilities at the Theatres. You will have noticed in KMT the new expanded toilet facilities -which doubled their capacity and have cut waiting time and frustration! There has also been investment in a new dance floor for the theatre stage, an overhaul of the flying system and a brightening of the foyer. At RDC there is continuing maintenance to the 120 year old building and more technical improvements to save energy and improve the flexibility of the spaces. In the near future we are planning more LED low energy stage lights, new masking curtains and new theatre carpets.The maintenance levy will go towards all these items and also the general upkeep of these much loved buildings. Thank you for your support as we look towards the future.
E-tickets
Most of our performances are now booking with unallocated seating. We will give your your seat information on arrival.
Refunds
All tickets are non-refunable. Please let us know if you can no longer attend a performance so that we can try and re-sell your tickets, or offer you a credit note. Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the Box Office Staff, subject to availability.
School and Group bookings
You will be invoiced after booking. Reservations can be held for a maximum of 7 working days. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the performance otherwise you will be charged the full ticket price.
Seating
For performances at Kenneth More Theatre row A is on floor level with raked seating starting at row B. We have 3 wheelchair spaces available. There are two staircases separating the three blocks of seating. There are entrances at the front and back of the auditorium.
We reserve the right to ask customers to move if neccesary.
Some of our performances are BSL Interpreted. Trained British Signed Language (BSL) Signers will stand to one side of the stage and intepret the script used by the performers at the same time as it is being performed.
