Maintenance Levy

The Theatre Maintenance Levy is a ring fenced amount to help maintain and upgrade the backstage and Front Of House facilities at the Theatres. You will have noticed in KMT the new expanded toilet facilities -which doubled their capacity and have cut waiting time and frustration! There has also been investment in a new dance floor for the theatre stage, an overhaul of the flying system and a brightening of the foyer. At RDC there is continuing maintenance to the 120 year old building and more technical improvements to save energy and improve the flexibility of the spaces. In the near future we are planning more LED low energy stage lights, new masking curtains and new theatre carpets. The maintenance levy will go towards all these items and also the general upkeep of these much loved buildings. Thank you for your support as we look towards the future.
