Keith Homer - Head of Centre
Keith has worked at RDC for more than 30 years as a teacher, director and workshop leader. Currently, as head of centre, he manages all of RDC's work.

Jonny Siddall - Drama Officer (teacher)
Jonny was previously Associate Director at Hampstead Theatre, Head of a Drama department in a high school and has worked at the Barbican Theatre and the Bush Theatre as assistant theatre manager and box office manager respectively. Jonny currently programmes the Lovegrove Theatre and many other aspects of RDC's work

Libby Northedge - Freelance Drama Officer (teacher)
Libby is an experienced workshop leader with all key stages and also specialises in delivering RDC's comedy workshops

Sally Polden - Admin and Box Office Manager
Sally joined RDC's team in September 2009. As well as Admin and Box Office Sally also manages all of RDC's after school and week-end Children's Workshops. Additionally, Sally is reponsible for taking bookings for private functions including children's parties

Chris Bocking - Drama Officer (technical)
Chris is responsible for RDC's sales department and the technical support for all visiting productions. In addition, Chris runs media and technical days in schools and in RDC's media suite. Chris is the RDC's FOH Manager, Health and Safety Officer (including EVC) and is the Designated Premises Supervisor. Ben Ward - Drama Officer (technical)
Ben is responsible for hire department and the technical support for all visiting productions. In addition, Ben runs media and technical days in schools and in RDC's media suite. In addition, Ben is RDC's theatre technician for our touring shows including tours overseas. Ben is also RDC's chief First Aid Officer

Terry Ward - Drama Officer (teacher)
Terry has worked for RDC for more than 30 years. Terry now works part time delivering drama workshops in primary schools
Michael Woodwood - Artistic Director
Michael is a freelance actor, writer and director and along with Keith Homer, formed Vital Stages (the resident professional theatre company) in 1995. With Vital Stages Michael creates different types of theatre and also specialises in using theatre as a method of delivering training in the workplace

Advisory Panel
The Drama Centre has an Advisory Panel made up of elected members, two Head Teachers and two student representatives.
Cllr. Joyce Ryan
Cllr. Ryan is the chairman of RDC's Advisory Panel and supports all our work with children, young people and theatre professionals
Student Committee
In addition there is a student committee which, in turn, elects two members onto RDC's Advisory Panel. The student committee organises various activities and is responsible for timetabling the FOH team of volunteers and Bar staff
