Terms and Conditions


Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the Box Office Staff, subject to availability.


We may be able to offer a refund if the production has reached capacity and these tickets can be re sold.


Theatre management reserves the right to refuse admission or to request any ticket holder to leave the premises.


Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, so as to minimise disruption to other patrons. If there is no appropriate interval and admittance will cause disruption latecomers will be refused admission. No refund or exchange will be offered.


Seating is unreserved, so Redbridge Drama Centre reserves the right to ask customers to move seats if necessary.


We reserve the right to cancel or alter an advertised programme if necessary by unavoidable causes. For this reason please ensure the Box Office has your correct contact details or that you update them online.


Drinks are only permitted in the plastic cups provided.


Please do not disturb other members of the audience during a performance.


The use of mobile phones during a performance is prohibited. Please ensure that all mobile phones are silenced before the performance.


The use of audio or visual recording equipment is not permitted during performances.


Strobe lighting, smoke effects, loud bangs, gun shots and loud sound effects are sometimes used in our performances. Details of these will be advertised before a performance.


Children under the age of 12 months do not need a ticket. All other patrons must have a valid ticket.


For concessionary tickets a valid proof of eligibility will be requested when collecting tickets.


Patrons are responsible for entering their details correctly on the online booking form. If there are any changes to your details then it is your responsibility to inform us.


It is your responsibility to check that the Tickets issued to you are accurate.​
