We charge £1 postage fee, or tickets can be collected from the box office for free.

Reservations

We can reserve tickets up to 7 days before a performance without payment. If unpaid after this time they will be released for sale.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for tickets unless they can be resold. Please let us know if you can no longer attend a performance so that we can try and re-sell your tickets. Where possible, we may be able to exchange your tickets for an alternative performance.

Latecomers

Where possible we will admit latecomers into a performance at a suitable point, at the discretion of the Front Of House Staff. However this is not always possible, and we cannot offer refunds to customers who arrive late.

Seating

Seating is unreserved so you can sit wherever you'd like! We do ask that you are respectful of other customers and that you move down the rows to allow everyone to fit in. We reserve the right to ask customers to move if neccesary.

School and Group bookings

You will be invoiced after booking. Reservations can be held for a maximum of 7 working days. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the performance otherwise you will be charged the full ticket price.

Concessions

Carers and children under 12 months are free of charge, although please mention when booking if you need a carer's ticket.

Some of our performances are BSL Interpreted. Trained British Signed Language (BSL) Signers will stand to one side of the stage and intepret the script used by the performers at the same time as it is being performed.
